Online Training Modules
Certification 1 Foundational
Foundational level certification establishes the foundation for service expansion by ensuring agencies first understand offshore talent solutions from a consumer perspective. This hands-on approach builds authentic knowledge and confidence that translates into credible client conversations and recommendations.
Certification 2 Commercialisation
Commercialisation level certification transforms agencies from consumers to active partners in the offshore talent space. This level focuses on developing the consultative selling skills and strategic understanding necessary to position Global Careers Africa solutions effectively with clients.
Achieving Certification
OffShore Partner Certification has two levels of certification, awarded to Approved Providers based on the completion of the criteria outlined below.
Foundational Certification
Criteria:
Minimum of two (2) placements of Global Careers Africa (GCA) candidates made within your own agency or client organisations
Completion of the Foundational Training Module
Benefits
OffShore Foundational Partner Badge available for use on your company collateral and website, demonstrating your agency’s domain expertise and credibility
Commercialisation Certification
Criteria:
Completion of Foundational Certification Criteria
Completion of the Commercialisation Training Module
Successfully deliver at least one (1) GCA placement with a client organisation

Certified OffShore Gold Partner Badge available for use on your company collateral and website, demonstrating your agency’s expertise and professional expertise in offshore solutions selling
