Foundational Level Certification establishes the foundation for service expansion by ensuring agencies first understand offshore talent solutions from a consumer perspective. This hands-on approach builds authentic knowledge and confidence that translates into credible client conversations and recommendations.

The requirement to make internal placements ensures agencies experience the full lifecycle of offshore recruitment, from initial briefing through to onboarding and management.

This practical experience is essential for developing the credibility and expertise necessary to advise clients effectively on similar solutions.

In the Foundational Level, we will focus on:

  • An introduction to Global Workforce Solutions
  • Different offshore staffing models
  • Talent pre-qualification and selection
  • Managing remote talent effectively
  • Integrating remote talent into your business effectively; and
  • A deep-dive on the Global Careers Africa (GCA) product;
  • We will finish with a practical application workshop, tying many of the key concepts together with basic exercises.

Competencies achieved:
  • Professional expertise on remote staffing success factors
  • Comprehensive understanding of leveraging remote staffing as a consumer in your own business
  • Detailed understanding of the GCA product
  • Practical experience with offshore talent management and integration

Crystalising certification at this level:
  • Min. two placements made within your own agency
