The program is open exclusively to RCSA Member Agencies who can connect with African professionals through dedicated pathways.
Pathway 1: Engage Talent Directly for Your Agency
Access top-tier remote professionals from Africa and integrate them into your own business. With Global Careers Africa’s infrastructure and talent pools, you can fill roles such as Recruitment Resourcers, Administration, Marketing, Sales, and Office Support. If a role in your agency can be done remotely, Global Careers Africa has the talent to match.
Pathway 2: Offer Offshore Solutions to Your Clients
Extend your services by introducing the program to your clients, supported by RCSA and enabled by Global Careers Africa’s infrastructure and talent pools. Target industries include Technology & IT, Business & Finance, Creative Industries, and Healthcare & Life Sciences. Training & Certification

The Global Careers Africa Program offers agencies a suite of online training modules to help consultants become trusted advisors in offshore staffing. The training covers:


  • Managing and integrating remote talent effectively into your agency and your clients’ businesses

  • Selling offshore staffing, including understanding buyer dynamics, articulating the value proposition, and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Pricing and revenue models across different remote staffing options, and guidance on how Approved Providers can price their own offerings

  • Setting up delivery and account management, ensuring smooth ongoing operations for an agency’s offshore offering

By completing the training and making successful placements through the program, agencies will achieve Offshore Partner Certification.
