In the Commercialisation Level, we will focus on:
- The need for traditional agencies to be expanding their service offerings
- Understanding buyer dynamics and value proposition
- Go-to-market tactics and approaches to drive demand
- Basic client segmentation
- The different pricing and revenue models used across the remote staffing models
- The pricing and revenue models available through GCA partnership
- Setting up the delivery model and ongoing account management for your agency
- The role of RCSA in governing the GCA industry partnership
Prerequisites
- Successful completion of Foundational Level Certification
Competency Achieved
- Comprehensive understanding of GCA value proposition and articulating same to clients
- Knowledge of different revenue generation models (referral only vs. referral plus margin)
- Understanding of various go-to-market operating models for agencies
- Strategic insight into winning market share from existing BPO competitors
- Clear understanding of RCSA's governance role and fair play principles
Crystalising certification at this level:
- At least one Consultant and one Senior level individual must complete Commercialisation-level certification training
- Successfully deliver at least one GCA placement with a client
