Module 2: Commercialisation Certification

Commercialisation Level Certification transforms agencies from consumers to active partners in the offshore talent space. This level focuses on developing the consultative selling skills and strategic understanding necessary to position Global Careers Africa (GCA) solutions effectively with clients.

The dual training requirement ensures both operational delivery capability (Consultant level) and strategic oversight (Senior level) within each agency.

In the Commercialisation Level, we will focus on:

  • The need for traditional agencies to be expanding their service offerings
  • Understanding buyer dynamics and value proposition
  • Go-to-market tactics and approaches to drive demand
  • Basic client segmentation
  • The different pricing and revenue models used across the remote staffing models
  • The pricing and revenue models available through GCA partnership
  • Setting up the delivery model and ongoing account management for your agency
  • The role of RCSA in governing the GCA industry partnership

Prerequisites

  • Successful completion of Foundational Level Certification

Competency Achieved

  • Comprehensive understanding of GCA value proposition and articulating same to clients
  • Knowledge of different revenue generation models (referral only vs. referral plus margin)
  • Understanding of various go-to-market operating models for agencies
  • Strategic insight into winning market share from existing BPO competitors
  • Clear understanding of RCSA's governance role and fair play principles

Crystalising certification at this level:

  • At least one Consultant and one Senior level individual must complete Commercialisation-level certification training
  • Successfully deliver at least one GCA placement with a client
